Management and Quality Plan

The Management and Quality Plan (MQP) can be defined as a pack of activities determined at the beginning of the project that helps to achieve quality during the project implementation. The MQP aims at defining these activities / tasks that intend to deliver products while focusing on achieving European Commission's quality expectations. These activities / tasks are defined on the basis of the quality standards set by the Project Consortium.
